PARTNER STRUCTURE

The Commercial Model.

Participation as an execution partner operates under a straightforward, transparent structure:

01/05

01

Single Annual Access

One annual payment provides access to the Execution Partner Portal for the applicable year.

02

Unified Partner Tier

There are no multiple paid packages or partner tiers.

03

Opportunity Eligibility

Payment provides eligibility to receive suitable opportunities; it does not guarantee contracts, volumes, or exclusivity.

04

Manual Project Allocation

Opportunities are mainly allocated manually by AAIPA after reviewing the client scope, proposed team, partner capability, geography, compliance, and availability.

05

No Open Bidding

There is no open bidding marketplace. The website does not display all client opportunities to all execution partners.
